Our England Project Development Services team have completed a project for Welbeck Land at the former Bank of England building. Jones Lang LaSalle Project Development Services team acted as employer's agent and cost managers on the construction of 150,000 sq ft of commercial office space. The project involved the redevelopment of the existing building, formerly occupied by the Bank of England. The existing facade was retained but "stretched" to accommodate a rationalisation of the floor heights to the new building. The project was delivered early, to an extremely high standard and within budget.
