Nine out of ten real estate professionals believe that the next 10 years will bring greater and faster industry change than the previous decade.

The impacts of globalisation, technology and sustainability will only become deeper and wider. New sources of finance and shifting hot spots will also play their part.

Yet, despite dark predictions from some, offices are not dead. However the sector will see real change, driven by irresistible forces from in and outside the real estate industry. But only by getting to the bottom of these trends will can we meet the challenges and take control.
