Dark Clouds Brighten
Rental market conditions continued to be gloomy across Europe but there were some signs of stabilisation. We believe the worst rental falls are past in all 27 markets and over half recorded no change in rents in the final quarter of 2009.
Looking ahead over the next 12 months, Jones Lang LaSalle's latest Office Weather Forecast shows a more positive outlook, as stormy conditions pass in many markets and even some sunny spells are forecast in a few locations, where we expect to see a return to rental growth.
